If the applicant's household registration is foreign, the materials to be provided: the original and photocopy of the residence permit (valid for more than three months) or the social security payment certificate for the last three months.

Other materials: Certificate of loss of passport issued by the Public Security Bureau

Note: Except for category C, when other music banks apply again, they can only apply again if the lost issuance time is less than 6 months. If the lost issuance time is more than 6 months, they cannot apply again. They must prepare relevant South Korea visa application materials again.
