Cebu Airlines sets "online check-in" function at NAIA T3! Reduce the long lines!

On April 24, Cebu Pacific Airlines of the Philippines set up an "online check-in" function at Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) to improve the travel experience of passengers and enhance customer service.

Starting from the first entrance of the NAIA T3 Departures (the Online Check-In Entrance), passengers who check in online can go directly to the boarding gate if they do not need to check their luggage.

Passengers who need to check their bags can go to the Cebu Pacific Air self-service baggage tag kiosk in the Philippines, located on E Island, where their boarding pass is scanned on the machine, a label is printed and attached to their luggage.

After that, domestic passengers can go to the E16-E29 online check-in baggage check-in counter, and international passengers can check their assigned counters on the flight information display near Island D and Island E.

At the same time, passengers who do not check in online can enter through gates 1 and 2 and use any check-in kiosks located between Island D and Island E. They can also print luggage tags and use the baggage check-in counter located between D16-D29 and E1-E15.

Cebu Pacific Airlines in the Philippines will provide a repacking area where all passengers can check whether they are within the baggage allowance, allowing passengers to repack or organize their bags conveniently if necessary.

The airline is also preparing to address the concerns of passengers on that day's flights by operating a 24/7 desk at the ticket office near NAIA T3 Reach Gate 6.

General Manager of the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), Kaiser Chung, praised the initiatives of Cebu Pacific Airlines in the Philippines to improve the NAIA T3 passenger experience.

Measures taken by the Manila International Airport Authority to further provide a seamless travel experience for passengers include the cancellation of initial security checks at all four NAIA terminals, the reallocation of some domestic and international flights to other terminals, and the implementation of several digitization projects.
