Portuguese immigration final window sprint!

After two months of uncertainty, the Portuguese government released the latest draft of the "More Housing" bill on April 15. The government compromised on some key points and was more moderate than the draft submitted to the parliament on March 30. 2] Following the common sense of law, the bill does not have retrospective effect. For customers who apply before the bill changes, the renewal still maintains the residence requirement of 7 days per year and 14 days per two years;

3] According to the known agenda of the parliament, it will be discussed after May 10;

4] The effective date of the bill is the date when the government passes and publishes it. It is conservatively estimated that it will be promulgated in June, so there is still a window of one and a half to two months. Please be sure to seize the opportunity to speed up the EU!
