1. Apply through the Philippine Visa Application Portal or the Online Visa Application System (OVAS) at https://www.visa.gov.ph

Please follow all instructions on the OVAS website to ensure that your application is accepted.

3. Complete the online form

4. Upload the correct photos that meet the following requirements:

A, pure white background

B, neutral expression of the full face view

c. No glasses, earrings, necklaces or any head covering the hair or hairline

d. Visa or passport size

Print and personally sign or thumb mark on the form (if there is no signature on the passport).

6. Scan and upload the signed form and submit.

7. After successfully uploading the generated visa and passport information page, the applicant will receive an email notification.
