Philippine private enterprises need to submit 2022 salary report! End of May

The Philippine Department of Labor and Employment said on Tuesday that private sector institutions must submit their annual report on wages for 2022 by May 31.

As of December 31, 2022, all private organizations must register, log in and submit reports to the annual agency salary report (AERW) online portal https://annualwagereport.nwpc.dole.gov.ph. The online portal will remain open until May 31, 2023 to accommodate the submission of reports.

The report is required by the Wage Rationalization Act, companies must submit a verified detailed list of employees, and the report must include the worker's corresponding salary and wages. They must also specify the names of ordinary employees employed under the terms set out in the employment contract, including learners, apprentices and disabled workers. The announcement came as labor groups called for higher wages amid soaring inflation in the Philippines.
