New Changes in Saint Kitts and Nevis Investment Immigration Project

The Saint Kitts and Nevis Investment Immigration Project was updated in December last year. In order to ensure relevant benefits, the project was updated again on February 9 this year. The project follows three basic principles: sustainability, good governance and pragmatism. These three principles will guide the government to make clear decisions on the renewal of the project.

Changes in the Investment Immigration Project Policy include:

Due diligence fee adjustment

Accelerated applications (except limited-time offers) will be subject to advanced due diligence fees:

Main applicant: US $20000

Affiliated applicants aged 16 or above: US $10000/person

Due diligence fees for non-accelerated applications remain unchanged:

Main applicant: US $7500

Affiliated applicants aged 16 or above: US $4000/person

Government application fee adjustment

Accelerated Channel Application Case Government Application Fee Decreased:

Main applicant: US $35000

Spouse: $25000

Subsidiary applicants under 18: US $15000/person

Affiliated applicants aged 18 or above: US $25000/person

Government fees for non-accelerated applications remain unchanged:

Main applicant: US $25000

Spouse: $15000

Subsidiary applicants under 18: US $10000/person

Affiliated applicants aged 18 or above: US $15000/person

Add Government Fee Adjustment for Subsidiary Applicants after Approval

Non-accelerated application fee:

Spouse or any qualified subsidiary applicant: US $30000

Add minor children born after the main applicant submits the application but before obtaining citizenship: US $10000

Accelerated application fee:

Spouse or any qualified subsidiary applicant: US $40000

Add minor children born after the main applicant submits the application but before obtaining citizenship: US $15000
