Consulate General in Shanghai: Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hubei

Original passport (valid for more than 8 months, please do not send a passport cover, the consulate will not return it);

Photos (2 2-inch white color regular photos (bareheaded, without covering forehead and ears) within half a year);

ID card (clear copy of front and back of ID card, required on the same A4 paper);

Original application form (2 application forms, front and back printed on the same paper (signed in Chinese in English));

On-the-job certificate (the on-the-job certificate shall include the company's headphone address, the person in charge shall sign, and the official seal shall be affixed. If the on-the-job certificate cannot be provided, then at least 2 of the 3 financial certificates shall be provided)
