Tianjin Airlines Unaccompanied Children Air Ticket Booking Age, Conditions and Methods

If your child is over 5 years old but under 12 years old and takes the flight alone, you can choose our "unaccompanied children service". Unaccompanied child services are not suitable for children under the age of 5 to take the opportunity alone; deaf-mute children under the age of 12 or blind children to take the opportunity alone.

1. Due to different models, the number of unaccompanied child passengers on each flight is limited. Please apply at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Check out seat reservation and ticket purchase procedures at the ticket office authorized by Tianhang or Tianhang (for specific ticket offices, please refer to Tianhang's official website-Instructions for Passengers-Guide for Special Passengers), apply for the "Unaccompanied Children" service in time when booking tickets, and fill in the "Application Form for Unaccompanied Children".

2. If you apply for service within 60 minutes of the flight departure time, when the number of unaccompanied children on the flight has reached the limit, we can change your child to the next flight with seats free of charge.

For the safety of your child, we suggest that you do not let your child take the connecting flight alone. If you have special reasons and need to take a connecting flight, please read the following carefully:

(1) Our connecting flights only accept transportation for unaccompanied children aged 8 to 11. Please contact the airline in advance.

(2) For the safety of children, when two or more flights are involved in the transportation of children's itinerary, you need to arrange personnel to pick up and take care of your children at the stop/transfer station, and provide the name, address and telephone number of the pick-up person.

(3) We will arrange the company service for your child to board the first flight.

(4) We are sorry that if your child is involved in overnight connecting flights, we will not accept such passengers for safety.

4. Please accompany your child, bring your valid certificate and application form, and check in at the airport service counter at least 60 minutes before the flight departure time. It is recommended that you leave the airport after the plane takes off.

5. If you have special needs, we can also provide unaccompanied service for passengers aged 12-15 who purchase tickets at adult fare.

If you need to change the flight, change the ticket or lift the cabin at the airport, please contact the ticket counter of Tianhang Airlines or HNA at the local airport for processing.
