Tropical Storm Baying is expected to sweep across central Luzon in the Philippines over the weekend

As of 4 a.m. on Friday, tropical storm "Paeng" is located about 410 kilometers east of the Borongan city of Samar, Eastern province. The current maximum sustained wind speed is 75 kilometers per hour and the gust speed is 90 per hour. Kilometers, currently moving westward at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.
