Q3. We have not received the report after finishing nucleic acid within the specified time. What should we do?

MBM Lab-PCR Screening Center:

1.MBM Lab test results are sent via SMS, which contains a link to the report. At present, only the local mobile phone number in Dubai can receive the SMS.

2. if there is no local number in UAE or the report has not been received, you can scan the two-dimensional code received during registration to download the test result, or contact support#mbmlab. AE to send the test report.

Passengers are required to declare their detailed resident address in China. They are not required to fill in the address of the isolated hotel. They are not allowed to fill in vague addresses such as "Shenzhen Bao 'an District/Shenzhen XX Isolated Hotel.

The seat number is not required. If you do not check in in advance, you can not fill it in first.

All Chinese passengers are required to declare names in Chinese characters, and pinyin of names is not allowed.
