UAE's New Visa Limitation Policy Changes

The new visa policy will take effect on October 3, 2022.

Tourist visa:

At the beginning of the new policy, there were only 1-and 2-month tourist visas, but there was no 3-month visa. It was said that air tickets and travel itinerary were also required;

Except Dubai, Dubai still has a 3-month tourist visa. Dubai system does not need to provide air tickets and travel itinerary, but the cost will be higher;

Dubai has different policies and different immigration systems from the other six emirates.

Landing visa normally valid for 30 days, transit Oman flying visa 40 days valid, market flying visa about 300.

Company visa:

The limitation period for all types of visas for local companies/FTZ companies has been changed from 3 years to 2 years;

These include: Boss/Partner/Employee Visa.

Ordinary employee visa: it turns out that you can come back at any time as long as it is valid;

However, at present, the new policy has left the country for more than 180 days/6 months, which must be canceled and a new visa is required to return.

Property visa:

If you own 750,000 equivalent real estate, you can apply for a visa from 3 years to 5 years;

If you own 2 million equivalent property, you can apply for a visa from 5 years to 10 years.

It is said that you can apply for a short-term housing project (without paying the full amount), or a specific bank loan to buy a house, or the total amount of several properties under one person's name reaches the equivalent amount (superposition).
