A few days ago, Xiao wrote an article entitled "sky-high air tickets, flight cancellation, positive brush...!" This group of Chinese people are experiencing the most difficult season to return home! ", Many netizens below are crying about the difficulties of returning to China. One of the netizens' messages attracted the attention of the editor:
(Screenshot of the message area of the Philippine website)
In fact, as early as April 22, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government stated in a press release that since May 1, "the entry restrictions for non-Hong Kong residents will be lifted." As soon as the news came out, many netizens were asking whether it means that they can transfer back to China through Hong Kong in the future.
However, at that time, many self-media came forward to analyze the infeasibility of returning to China through Hong Kong. The editor-in-chief learned from the Hong Kong Immigration Department that anyone holding a Chinese passport can enter Hong Kong as long as they meet the conditions, and they can be isolated in Hong Kong for 7 days (or After 14 days), you can leave Hong Kong.
Today, I 'd like to organize a strategy for "Philippines to return home via Hong Kong!
(Hong Kong International Airport)
1. basic requirements:
1. Holding a Chinese passport;
2. Book Hong Kong quarantine hotels (Hong Kong quarantine hotels have 7 nights and 14 nights. Since Chinese passports can only stay for 7 days, it is better to choose 7 nights, but both 7 nights and 14 nights must be renewed in advance);
3. Buy air tickets from Philippines to Hong Kong (tickets are available almost every day);
4. You can return to the mainland by water, land and air, and you can purchase a Philippine-HK-mainland renewal ticket when you return to the mainland by air;
5. PCR detection 48 hours before boarding;
6. Hong Kong Health Declaration Code;
7. Vaccination certificate approved by Hong Kong, China.
2. quarantine requirements:
Hong Kong residents and non-Hong Kong residents who have stayed outside Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan on or 14 days before boarding/arrival, have completed vaccination and hold approved vaccination records.
Boarding requirements:
1, show the approved vaccination record;
2. Show the negative result of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) nucleic acid test sampled within 48 hours before the scheduled take-off time;
3. Show the reservation confirmation for 7 nights after the designated quarantine hotel arrives at Hong Kong (if you choose to complete the compulsory quarantine early after meeting the conditions) or 14 nights (if you choose not to complete the compulsory quarantine early).
Quarantine requirements:
1. After arriving in Hong Kong, you need to carry out "testing waiting" at the airport. After obtaining the negative airport test report, you can go through the entry formalities to claim your luggage and take a special bus to the isolation hotel;
2. Compulsory quarantine at designated quarantine hotels for 14 days (some are 7 days);
3. During the mandatory quarantine period, receive rapid antigen test every day and PCR nucleic acid test on the 5th and 12th days.
Instructions for 3. to Transfer to Mainland China:
To the Mainland or Macau by land:
Starting from March 21, the Hong Kong government will conduct additional rapid nucleic acid tests for passengers leaving the country via the land immigration control point (that is, the Shenzhen Bay Port or the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port). Only those who have obtained negative results can continue their journey. The Government provides the above-mentioned special testing services free of charge one hour before the opening of the relevant immigration control point inspection building to one hour before the closing of the inspection building. At present, the passenger clearance service hours at the Shenzhen Bay immigration control point and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge immigration control point are from 10 am to 6 pm and from 10 am to 8 pm respectively. Relevant passengers should reserve about two hours to arrive at immigration control points to ensure sufficient time to complete customs clearance procedures after obtaining negative test results.
To the Mainland or Macau via Hong Kong International Airport:
Starting from March 29, the Hong Kong government will also conduct additional rapid nucleic acid tests for people traveling to the mainland and Macao via the Hong Kong International Airport. Only those who have obtained negative results can check in and continue their journey. This additional rapid nucleic acid test must be carried out at the designated testing site at the airport within eight hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight.
The Government will arrange for testing agencies to provide the above-mentioned special testing services free of charge 24 hours a day. Visitors to the Mainland and Macau should make an appointment for testing services online in advance. The rapid nucleic acid testing procedure takes about two to three hours. In order to ensure that there is sufficient time to complete boarding and customs clearance procedures after obtaining negative test results, relevant departing passengers should reserve sufficient time to arrive at the airport at least five to six hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, and follow the instructions of the staff present for testing so as not to delay the trip.
The test results of the above special testing arrangements cannot replace any proof of negative nucleic acid test results at one's own expense according to the existing requirements of the relevant authorities in the Mainland and Macao. Relevant passengers are still subject to quarantine and testing arrangements at their destination. they should pay attention to the latest quarantine requirements of the mainland and macao authorities and make corresponding preparations.
4. supplement:
Hong Kong Approved Vaccines:
Confirmation of room reservation for designated quarantine hotel shall include:
The Chinese or English confirmation for booking a room at a designated quarantine hotel in Hong Kong must be rented during a period consistent with the required mandatory quarantine period, I .e. seven nights from the date of arrival in Hong Kong (if qualified and selected to complete the mandatory quarantine early after meeting the relevant conditions) or 14 nights (no arrangements will be made to complete the mandatory quarantine early). Relevant arrivals who fail to produce the relevant documents will be prohibited from boarding.
Example: If the quarantine period for the relevant arrivals is 14 days: regardless of the time of arrival, the confirmation of room reservation at the relevant designated quarantine hotel must be 15 days and 14 nights from the date of scheduled arrival in Hong Kong. If passengers arrive in Hong Kong on January 1 (the first day), their hotel reservation dates should be from January 1 to 15 (I. e. check-in on January 1 and check-out on January 15).
Arrivals who intend to complete mandatory quarantine early after meeting the relevant conditions must hold a confirmation of booking a seven-night designated quarantine hotel room when boarding the plane and arriving at the port. Arrivals with a seven-night designated quarantine hotel room confirmation will be issued with a quarantine order stating that they will be deemed to have completed the mandatory quarantine and must leave the designated quarantine hotel after meeting the above conditions for the early completion of the mandatory quarantine.
Arrivals with a 14-night designated quarantine hotel room confirmation will not be arranged to complete mandatory quarantine early. They must stay in the designated quarantine hotel room to complete the 14-day mandatory quarantine, and they can leave the designated quarantine hotel only after confirming the PCR nucleic acid test on the 12th day and the negative result of the rapid antigen test on the 14th day.
Written at the end:
The risk of the Philippines transferring back to the mainland via Hong Kong is relatively high. If it is unfortunately recruited during the transit, it will be hospitalized for treatment. It is reported that the cost of treatment in Hong Kong is more than HK $6000 a day. Xiao Bian suggested whether to fly directly or directly! If you want to transfer, be prepared!
