Program Description

The Philippine Business Visa is a multiple-entry visa for business people. The advantage of the business visa is that it is more convenient to apply for multiple trips in one application than a single one.

 

Application requirements

1. Original passport

2.2 2-inch white background color photos

3. Copy of ID card

4. Visa application form

5. A copy of the applicant's round-trip air ticket

6. Dispatch letter from the Chinese party with English translation (company letterhead, applicant's position, name and position of the head of the unit at the end of the letter printed, signed and stamped)

7. Confirmation letter from the inviting party to the Philippine Embassy (printed, signed and stamped with the name and position of the inviter on the signature)

a) If the inviting party is a government agency or international organization, a confirmation letter should be sent to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs and a copy should be provided to the Embassy

8. Notarized letter of invitation from the Philippine inviter

9. Copy of the inviter's passport

a) If the inviter is not a Filipino citizen, a copy of his visa page and passport information page is required

10. Copy of the business license or registration of the inviting party

11. New Coronavirus health insurance (coverage of US$35,000.00)

 

Application process.

The applicant does not need to be present in person; EasyGo handles the entire process.
