On November 26, karlo Nogales, the spokesman of the Philippine President, announced that the Philippines would open its entry from December 1 to 15, allowing visa free entry for foreign citizens who have been vaccinated from visa free countries.

What conditions must certain foreigners who want to enter the Philippines meet?
1. Upon arrival in the Philippines, the passport shall be valid for more than 6 months, and there shall be an outbound ticket scheduled to return to the country of origin or the next destination;
2. Do not leave green countries and regions before entering the Philippines;
3. Provide effective proof of neocoronavirus vaccination.
What rules do passengers need to follow when entering Philippine ports?
1. Passengers must show the negative report of RT-PCR newcrown nucleic acid test within 72 hours before departure. This group does not need to accept mandatory Hotel isolation measures after entering the country, but passengers are required to self monitor any symptoms within 14 days.
2. For passengers who cannot provide the new crown test report, they need to accept the mandatory isolation measures of the hotel for 6 days and accept the new crown test on the 5th day.
3. Passengers who transit only in non green list countries / jurisdictions shall not be deemed to have come from or been to that country / jurisdiction if they stay at the airport all the way and are not approved for entry.
4. The inspection and quarantine procedures for minors shall follow the procedures of their parents or guardians.

GUIDELINES ON THE ENTRY OF TEMPORARY VISITORS TO THE PHILIPPINES

Nationals from countries listed below who are traveling to the Philippines for business and tourism purposes are allowed to enter the Philippines without visas for a stay not exceeding thirty (30) days, provided they hold valid tickets for their return journey to port of origin or next port of destination and their passports valid for a period of at least six (6) months beyond the contemplated period of stay.

*Brazilian and Israeli nationals are given fifty-nine (59) days stay based on existing agreements. 

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days:

1. Holders of Hong Kong Special Administrative (SAR) passports.

2. Holders of Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) passports.

The following are allowed to enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding seven (7) days:

1. Holders of Macau-Portuguese passports

2. Holders of Hong Kong British passports.

Important Note:

Nationals who are subjects of deportation/blacklist orders of the Department and the Bureau of Immigration shall not be admitted to the Philippines.
