Officials of the General Administration of Customs of China announced that starting from November 1, entry and exit personnel do not need to fill in the the People's Republic of China Exit/Entry Health Declaration Card. Since then, there is no need to fill in the customs "black code" when returning to China, and entry and exit exchanges have resumed normalization!
