* Business entry visa is valid for 90 days, single/multiple entry, and the longest stay is 59 days;

Note: Xiamen Consulate currently only accepts 100 visa applications per day, and online reservation is required in advance.

Please arrange the materials in the following order and submit them

1. Printed OVAS Visa Application Form

• Signature

• The filling content is consistent with the passport information

• Name, address and telephone number of the inviting company

• The latest visa number (if applied)

• The length of the last stay in the Philippines (if you have been there)

2. The original and photocopy of the passport/travel document shall be valid for at least 6 months beyond the period of stay in the Philippines with at least two blank pages.

3. Clear copy of passport information page

4. Original Chinese Citizen Identity Card

5. Copy of Chinese ID card with English translation

6. Proof of living or working in Fujian or Jiangxi

7. If the applicant has obtained a visa and/or has been to the Philippines, he/she must provide the latest visa and a copy with the exit and entry stamps.

8, confirmed round-trip or round-trip ticket

9. Original employment certificate with English translation

• Company line paper

• Years of service

• Monthly salary

• The company's contact number

• Signature and company seal of the employer or his representative

10. Copy of business license of Chinese company (with two-dimensional code) with English translation

11. Materials to be provided by companies invited by the Philippines

• Notarized Invitation Letter

• Contains funding guarantee content

• Copy of valid company operating license

• Articles of association or other similar documents that can prove that the signatory has the right to sign.

• Copy of identity document issued by Philippine government to signatory

12. Applicants holding Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macao passports must provide: valid Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents

13. Other documents that may be required by the visa officer.
