Condition

At this stage, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Taiwan Epidemic Command Center, starting from March 7, 2022, non-Taiwanese business people will be relaxed to come to Taiwan.

Among them, people from mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan can only go to Taiwan in the form of "business performance" and "internal transfer of multinational enterprises.

Prepare materials

Information to be prepared by the mainland:

1.2 color 2 inch photos on white background

2. A copy of ID card (the front and back are printed on the same one)

3, a copy of the account book (every page to be printed, blank space is not used)

4. The form of the people's emergency contact person in the mainland (the contact person must be an immediate family member), the household registration book and ID card of the people's emergency contact person in the mainland

5. Application form for people from mainland China to enter and leave Taiwan (must be written with black ink pen)

6, on-the-job certificate form (to be stamped with the official seal)

7, the company's business license copy documents (to seal)

8. Copy of organization code certificate (stamped with official seal)

Information that Taiwan needs to prepare:

7. Plan and schedule of activities to Taiwan

Information required to apply for a mainland permit to Taiwan:

1. First go to the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council to get the approval. A copy of the Taiwan Entry Permit, Taiwan Enterprise Invitation Letter, and Mainland Enterprise Business License is required. At present, some cities such as Shanghai and Beijing can allow applicants to apply for approval in advance without obtaining a business visa. However, the Taiwan Affairs Office stipulates that each place is different, and the details are subject to what the local Taiwan Affairs Office said.

2. Take the approval document of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council and the entry permit to apply for the Mainland Entry and Exit Administration Office.

Application method

People from Mainland China

The "inviting unit" will apply online at the Immigration Department system of the Home Affairs Department.

Hong Kong and Macao people

Applicants are requested to submit applications to the Hong Kong and Macao Economic and Cultural Offices or overseas offices after preparing the application and documents.

Handling process

1. First, apply for a business entry permit. Prepare the information of Taiwan and mainland companies and issue it by Taiwan Immigration Department.

2. Finally, apply for a pass from the mainland to Taiwan. It is handled by the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the place where the household registration is located.
