On January 29, the wechat official account of overseas Chinese University released the instructions for the Fujian entry point of the 2022 entrance examination for the joint enrollment of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, China, overseas Chinese, Chinese and other foreign students by Jinan University and overseas Chinese University.
1、 Registration qualification
Candidates are requested to carefully compare the relevant brochures of Jinan University and overseas Chinese University on recruiting students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, China, overseas Chinese, Chinese and other foreign countries in 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "joint enrollment of the two universities") (please refer to the "enrollment information of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and overseas Chinese" section of the enrollment information network of overseas Chinese University https://zsc.hqu.edu.cn/gatqzsxx.htm ）Provisions on "registration qualification" in. For candidates who do not meet the registration qualification, the registration point will not accept them.
2、 Registration method (the following three steps are indispensable)
（1） Online forecast name

2. Registration method
Candidates log in to the joint enrollment system of Jinan University and overseas Chinese University（ https://lxlz.jnu.edu.cn ）Sign up.
3. Fill in information and upload materials
Please carefully read the relevant policies and regulations, registration instructions, precautions, etc., enter the basic information of the application (including name, gender, date of birth, place of application, subject, school, contact information, graduation school, etc.) as required, and upload personal materials. The personal information such as Chinese and English names filled in shall be consistent with the information on the ID card. After registration, candidates need to remember their registration number and password.
Overseas Chinese, Chinese and other foreign students are also required to go to the designated place for on-site confirmation at the specified time.
Note: please be sure to upload files according to the system requirements. All documents shall be authentic, valid, clear and identifiable, and the contents and names of the documents shall correspond one by one, otherwise the subsequent qualification examination of the candidates will be affected.
（2） Pay registration fee Online

Candidates who have completed online pre registration can pay the registration fee online from March 16 to March 30.
3. Payment amount
RMB 500 per person.
4. Precautions
(1) There is no on-site manual collection of registration fee.
(2) The deadline for online payment is 18:00 on March 30. Candidates who have not completed online payment before this time will be deemed to have automatically waived their examination qualification if their online registration and confirmation are invalid.
(3) Please do not withdraw the declaration after completing the online payment procedures. Withdrawal of declaration may result in the loss of registration and payment information.
（3） Registration confirmation
1. Online confirmation (only for students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan)
(1) Audit time: March 16-31
(2) Online audit: the staff of the registration point will conduct online qualification audit according to the information filled in by the candidates' online forecast names and the uploaded materials. The audit results will be fed back to the candidates through the registration system. The review results are divided into online preliminary review passed, preliminary review failed and paper materials to be reviewed.
If the examination result is "online preliminary examination passed", it means that the candidate's registration qualification has been confirmed; If the audit result is "failure in the preliminary examination", the reviewers will clearly inform the candidates of the reasons for the failure through the registration system or telephone and e-mail. The candidates can modify or supplement the relevant registration information and audit materials according to the reasons for the failure, and then submit them for audit again; The qualification examination materials uploaded by candidates can basically be judged to meet the registration conditions, but the original materials must be reviewed. The audit result is set to "paper materials to be reviewed", which means that the candidate's registration qualification will be confirmed temporarily and the original materials of candidates will be reviewed later.
(3) Material review: candidates whose online review result is "paper materials to be reviewed" must submit the original of the registration materials to the registration point for review and verification within the specified time. The specific time will be notified separately. During the review process, if the candidate's registration materials are found to be false, the candidate's registration qualification will be cancelled; Those who have been admitted by colleges and universities will be disqualified.
2. On site confirmation (only for overseas Chinese, Chinese and other foreign students)
(1) On site audit time: working time on Friday, March 25.
(2) Audit location: Office 106, building 1, School of Chinese literature, overseas Chinese University (No. 8, Jiageng Road, Jimei District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province).
(3) Review method: when going through the on-site confirmation registration procedures, the candidates themselves must carry the online printed registration form and the following specified materials to accept the preliminary review of registration and confirm the registration information.
Special note: affected by the epidemic, candidates entering the school need to report in advance. Candidates are requested to send their basic personal information (name, ID number, mobile phone number, city), candidate's health code and 7-day accounting and testing certificate to hqdxjwzs@sina.com So that the staff can report. Candidates are requested to reasonably arrange their itinerary for on-site confirmation. Those who fail to come at the specified time will not go through the on-site confirmation procedures.
(4) Materials to be carried (original paper version)

Overseas Chinese students:
① An application form for Jinan University and overseas Chinese University to recruit Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas Chinese, Chinese and other foreign students, with their autographs attached.
② The original and photocopy of the passport of the people's Republic of China of the student himself and his parents with overseas Chinese status, and submit two copies (including basic information page, visa page and entry-exit seal).
③ The original and copy of foreign long-term or permanent residence permit, with 2 copies.
④ The original and photocopy of the legal relationship between the student and his parents who have overseas Chinese status, and submit two copies (if the student's parents have died, the student's parents' overseas Chinese identity certificate, death certificate and other relevant legal materials shall be issued).
⑤ The certificate issued by the Chinese embassy (consulate) abroad that I and one of my parents with overseas Chinese status have the right of long-term or permanent residence in a foreign country (Chinese version, indicating the continuous residence time in the country of residence and the actual cumulative residence time within two years), Or have obtained the certificate of legal residence qualification in the country of residence (Chinese version, which must indicate the continuous time that I and one of my parents with overseas Chinese status have obtained the legal residence qualification in the country of residence and the actual cumulative residence time within 5 years); If you settle in a country that has not established diplomatic relations with China, you must show the residence right certification handled by the embassy (consulate) of a third country that has diplomatic relations with China and its country of residence, and the certificate issued by the embassy (consulate) of China in a third country (Chinese version, indicating the time of obtaining the residence right).
⑥ One original and one copy of the query results of entry-exit Records issued by the entry-exit administration department for the candidate himself and his parents with overseas Chinese status (including entry-exit time, place of stay and time of stay).
⑦ Former high school graduates shall submit one original and one copy of the high school graduation certificate, and fresh high school graduates shall provide one original of the graduation certificate issued by the graduating middle school; Candidates with foreign academic qualifications must produce the certificate (Chinese version) made by Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad for their academic qualifications.
⑧ One original of academic transcripts issued by graduating middle school for each academic year of senior high school (fresh graduates shall submit the original transcripts of the first semester to the third semester of senior high school). In case of non Chinese or English version, a formal Chinese translation shall be attached.
Chinese and other foreign students:
① An application form for Jinan University and overseas Chinese University to recruit Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, overseas Chinese, Chinese and other foreign students, with their autographs attached.
② The original and photocopy of the foreign passport shall be submitted in 2 copies (including the basic information page, the latest valid Chinese visa page and the entry-exit seal).
③ One original and one copy of the query results of entry-exit Records issued by the entry-exit administration department in recent four years (including entry-exit time, place of stay and time of stay).
④ The original of the birth certificate (if it is not in Chinese, it needs to be translated into Chinese) and a copy. One copy shall be submitted.
⑤ ⑦⑧ with overseas Chinese students.
(5) Precautions
① The certificate held by the candidate must be within the validity period. The period of validity of the passport should be commensurate with the term of the semester. If any doubt is found in the registration of licenses and materials, it will be transferred to the public security department or relevant Issuing Departments and units for identification. Those suspected of forgery will be investigated for relevant legal responsibilities according to law.
② Mail registration is not accepted. If the candidate is unable to confirm in person due to special circumstances, he / she must submit a written application to the Admissions Office of Huaqiao University. After consent, he / she can entrust his / her relatives to confirm. When confirming, he / she shall show the candidate's ID card, the agent's ID card, the power of attorney signed by the candidate, the candidate's electronic photo and registration materials. Each agent can only go through the confirmation formalities for one candidate.
③ The above materials are A4 paper size and bound vertically in sequence. Once the registration is confirmed, all data (including selected schools and disciplines) will not be modified, and the registration fee and registration materials will not be refunded.

3、 Precautions for examination time, subject, place, etc

1. You are not allowed to enter the examination room 15 minutes before the examination of English subjects; No one is allowed to enter the examination room 15 minutes after the start of the examination of other subjects (late candidates are not allowed to enter the examination room at 13:15 p.m. on the day of the English examination. Candidates who arrive between 13:15 and 13:45 can wait in the examination room and enter the examination room for the written examination after the listening examination); Only 60 minutes after the beginning of the examination can you hand in your papers and leave the examination room. You are not allowed to hand in your papers and leave the examination room 15 minutes before the end of the examination.
2. Calculators, any books, paper, notebooks and electronic dictionaries are not allowed to be brought into the examination room. The mobile phone must be turned off (including the alarm).
（4） Ticket printing
After the superior department checks the registration information and examines the registration materials, all candidates who meet the registration qualification can log in to the joint recruitment system of the two universities to download and print the admission ticket by themselves. The specific opening time of printing will be notified separately.
（5） Other matters
1. In order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the joint recruitment examination between the two universities, the "college entrance examination immigrants" who practice fraud and exploit policy loopholes will be dealt with seriously. For those found later, their registration qualification, examination results, admission and admission qualification will be cancelled.
