What is the renewal process of Philippine driver's license? What are your requirements?

Recently, my friend asked EasyGo EasyGo International about how to replace the expired driver's license. It seems that many friends around me are not very clear about the process of updating the driver's license in Manila. Today, EasyGo International will share with you the Philippine driver's license update requirements and update process.

Replacement License Requirements

Required information:

1. Driver's license (expired or not expired, LTO requires that it cannot expire for more than two years and can be replaced)

2. Application form for driver's license replacement (link download, http://www.gov.ph/downloads/2014/06jun/DOTC-LTO-Form-21.pdf) or you can fill it in with paper at LTO.

3.Negative-drug-test-result drug physical examination results (physical examination can be done directly in LTO, which will be explained in pictures and texts below)

4.Medical certificate with official receipt physical health examination results and official receipt

Driver License Replacement Procedure

1. The first window hands in the 4 documents and numbers on the LTO service counter.

The second window when the staff call your name, you have to go up there to take photos and sign.

3. The third window is to hand in the money and get the official receipt.

When the fourth window calls your name again, it calls you to go up and get a new passport.
