Project Introduction: ECC is the abbreviation of "Emigration Clearance Certificate" in English, which translates to "Immigration Clearance Document" in Chinese. This document is issued to foreign individuals who are about to leave the country, certifying that they have no bad records in the Philippines or any responsibilities to other government agencies.

ECC is divided into two types, ECC-A (also known as conventional ECC) and ECC-B. ECC-A refers to: Tourists who stay in the Philippines for more than six months or longer, and those who need to leave the country. ECC-B refers to: All holders of work visas in the Philippines, those who leave their companies, have their visas revoked, or have their original work visas cancelled, and those who need to leave the country.

All holders of various permanent residence status in the Philippines, those who cancel their immigration residence status, and those who need to leave the country. Before leaving, they must go through ECC clearance. Those who meet the above requirements must submit the ECC clearance procedures through EasyGo at the airport before departure. Otherwise, the Philippine airport customs will not allow them to pass through. Applicants for ECC-A must complete the process at least 3 working days before leaving the Philippines. Generally, after ECC-A is processed, one can leave the country within one month. Applicants for ECC-B must complete the process at least 7 working days before leaving the Philippines. Generally, after ECC-B is processed, one can leave the country within one month. Please note that the actual limit on the period of stay may vary. For those who do not plan to leave the country and those who need to reside in the Philippines for a long term: Before the end of 1 year and 9 months, or within 2 years before the expiration of the extension, apply for permanent residency (family immigration: Philippine Special Amnesty, Amnesty, Retirement Immigration SRRV, Investment Immigration Sirv, etc.) or Short-term visa: Philippine 9G work visa (valid for 1, 2, or 3 years)

Application Process: The applicant must be present; EasyGo staff will accompany and handle the process throughout. ⇒ The applicant submits "Required Documents for Processing" ⇒ EasyGo reviews the documents → EasyGo fills in the information ⇒ EasyGo notifies the appointment date and time ⇒ The applicant must be present; accompanied throughout the process by EasyGo staff ⇒ Submit the application to the General Office of the Immigration Bureau ⇒ The immigration fingerprinting and photo-taking are completed. Follow the instructions of the EasyGo staff before leaving and returning home. ⇒ Notify the approval of the processing result → The customer makes the payment. ⇒ Delivery or courier service.

Fingerprint storage + photo-taking on the same day. Please note the following: Prohibited attire: shorts, tank tops, slippers, sandals, sexy short skirts, revealing backlines, low-waist clothes; Do not speak loudly. Failure to follow this rule will result in cancellation of the filing for that day and a fine.
