New Application/Reapplication/Replacement of Birth Certificate in the Philippines
Project Introduction: The birth certificate must be issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to be considered valid and authentic. The functions of the Philippine birth certificate: Purchasing land, attending school, establishing a company, using documents, legal basis 1. To prove the health and natural condition of the newborn at the time of birth within the territory of the Republic of the Philippines; 2. To prove the blood relationship of the newborn; 3. As the medical basis for the newborn to obtain nationality; 4. As the medical basis for the registration authority to register the newborn; 5. As the voucher for the newborn to legally receive health care services; 6. To provide a basis for other matters that require the "Birth Medical Certificate" as the valid period.
