How to Prepare Documents for Philippine Immigrant Visa

The first step is to apply for a notarial certificate. The place of application is generally at the county-level notary office where the registered permanent residence is located. In the third step, the notarial certificate certified by the Chinese foreign affairs department will be sent to the Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen by the aforementioned departments, along with the letter of introduction written by the provincial foreign affairs department to the Consulate General. After receiving the above documents, the consulate will give consular certification after confirming that the materials are complete. After the certification is completed, it will be sent back to the provincial foreign affairs department, and then the provincial foreign affairs department will contact the parties or the agency business department to send back to the applicant.
