To enter the Philippines, you must show proof of your ticket. During the validity period of the visa, if there is no return ticket, you will not be able to board the plane. It is generally recommended to print and carry the itinerary.

The ACR I Card card is not a visa or a Philippine identity certificate. Even if you hold an ACR I-CARD, you still need to provide a round-trip ticket certificate when entering the Philippines.

ACR I-CARD is a registration certificate for foreigners who have stayed for more than 59 days. Generally, when applying for extension of 59 days, they also need to apply for ACR I-CARD. With this certificate, foreigners can open a local bank account, register a car or motorcycle, and even obtain a driving license without permanent residents.
