E-Tour International, May 8th. According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in Sweden, among the Chinese citizens who came to Sweden to travel recently, some were refused entry because the Schengen visa first entry country was not the main destination, and some were due to the actual landing journey and the application. The visa was canceled because the itinerary was inconsistent, some people encountered trouble due to suspected violations of taking photos, and others had emergencies due to experiencing niche travel routes.
Here, the Chinese Embassy in Sweden would like to remind Chinese citizens in Switzerland and intending to travel to Switzerland to make adequate preparations before departure, understand local laws and regulations such as immigration policies, and plan their travel schedules in a safe manner to ensure that they are in line with the itinerary provided at the time of visa application. Improve the awareness of safety risks, choose a reasonable travel route, do not go to undeveloped and lack of safety protection areas due to clock-in, hunting, following the trend and other reasons. Take photos, videos or use drones during the journey must strictly abide by local laws and regulations. Pay close attention to warning signs such as "no taking pictures" and "no entry" to avoid taking pictures by mistake, entering the relevant area by mistake or infringing on the privacy of others.
In case of cross-examination and investigation by local police law enforcement officers, please keep calm, cooperate, treat rationally during inspection, answer questions truthfully, avoid disputes with law enforcement officers, and avoid excessive or irrational actions. If you think that the other party has committed infringement, you can ask them to show their certificates, write down their work permits and license plate information, etc., and protect their legitimate rights and interests through legal channels.
