Can I get a Thai transit visa at the airport?

The common types of Thai visas are tourist visas, landing visas and transit visas. Among them, transit visas are convenient for people who need to change planes in Thailand. However, the way of handling transit visas in Thailand is different from other types of visas. How should transit visas be handled?

To apply for a Thai transit visa, you cannot apply for a transit visa at a Thai airport. You need to be prepared in advance in the country like a normal visa to enter the country. In other words, Thailand's transit can only be handled at the embassy in China. Generally speaking, the purpose of going to Thailand is divided into two types:

a: crew members, pilots and flight attendants;

B: Applicants who transit or enter the country for more than 12 hours need to be handled according to the actual situation of transit.

Note:

1. The visa application shall be submitted at least 15 working days before entering Thailand for travel, so as to avoid the embassy extending the visa due to holidays and embassy activities. The visa application applicant needs to reserve sufficient time.

2. The transit visa requires the applicant to go to the embassy in China to submit all the Thai visa materials.

3. In the process of submitting materials, false or false materials are missing. This may result in a permanent refusal of visa or entry, and the materials provided by the applicant must be true and valid.
