Who needs to apply for ECC-B?

A: ecc-B are issued to holders of immigrant visas (such as marriage visas) or non-immigrant visa holders (such as student visas and work visas) who are about to leave the country and intend to return to the Philippines for a short period of time.

The handling of the ECC-B is relatively simple. You can handle it directly at the immigration office window at the airport, or you can go to the main building of the immigration office in advance.
