Passenger requirements for return charter flights from Manila:

1. Chinese passport (within the validity period of the passport; Please check by yourself)

3. Philippines valid exit visa documents (such as 9A tourist visa, work visa, residence visa, etc.)

4. Certificate of residence;

5. Vaccination certificate (two doses of vaccine must be fully vaccinated, vaccine card and international vaccine certificate must be provided)

Note: Vaccinated guests or pregnant customers please report to the booking for review, otherwise they may be rejected by the airline.

Notes for charter passengers:

1. Each flight shall not be less than 1 hour.

2. The final charge shall be based on the actual flight and waiting time, such as overnight and take-off and landing fees.

Flight rescheduling:

The customer is required to notify our company 8 working days before the scheduled flight takes off, and the aircraft will notify the customer after the date of the newly requested flight is determined; the customer will bear the additional cost of rescheduling.

Rules for Customer Cancellation of Flight Fees:

1. If the flight is canceled 5 hours before the departure time, a 60% flight fee will be charged as a fine.

2. If the flight is canceled 5-24 hours before the departure time, a 50-minute flight time fee will be charged as a fine.

Refunds will be made under the following circumstances:

1, canceled due to bad weather;

2. The customer shall be 6 working days before the departure time of the flight (excluding the 20% handling fee)

Matters needing attention when passengers are on board:

1. Passengers should fasten their seat belts during the flight, do not touch any buttons or switches on the plane, do not open windows or doors without authorization, and comply with the pilot's instructions under any circumstances;

2. Do not talk to the pilot unless there is an emergency during the flight. At the same time, no behavior (such as physical touch, etc.) that affects the pilot's flight.

3, in case of emergency, must follow the pilot's instructions, shall not make self-help behavior without authorization.

4. For the sake of safety, the pilot may terminate or divert the flight and have the right to reject the additional cargo carried by the passenger.

Luggage weight limit and excess terms:
