The Philippine Embassy can notarize your affidavit (or power of attorney, invitation letter, certificate), recognize the execution of the document and issue the certificate for use in the Philippines by affixing a jurat/confirmation/certification page on your document.

The main purpose of jurat is to prove that the signatory uttered the authenticity of the information in the document under the penalty of perjury. The signatory swears that the contents of the document are true and correct in front of the consular officer, so he must be present in person.

Confirm that it is the embassy consular officer to witness the signing of the document, and verify the identity of the signatory of the sales contract, power of attorney, labor contract and other documents. The notary guarantees that the individual (s)) signed the document is/is accurately filling in the document, and that he/she voluntarily does not have any external coercion. Neither the notary nor the embassy is responsible for the authenticity of the contents of the document. For foreign citizens, the consulate may recognize the documents to be used in the Philippines (I. e. special authorization, agreements, standard employment contracts for various skills, etc.). The applicant must sign the document in person before the consular officer of the embassy.

3. The original and photocopy of the passport data page of the accessory or signatory of the document and/or the valid identity document (I. e. Chinese identity card) issued by the government;

4. Show the original and photocopy of the business license of the company participating in the contract (for confirming the labor/company contract) (note: the signatory of the document must be the legal representative of the enterprise indicated on the business license.); and/or
